Your visit to historic downtown Plymouth has led you to one of the city's greatest restaurants, Antoinette's. Located in a former Ford dealership and garage, Shaun and Kim Thome welcome you to their dream come true.
Shaun grew up in Random Lake and Kim in Adell. They met while they both attended Random Lake High School. After high school Shaun held several different positions from concrete work to Kohler manufacturing and eventually to restaurants and working in the service industry at Riverbend in Kohler. It was here that he realized he had a true love of hospitality. With Kim working in several restaurants herself, it seems fitting that one day the two would own a restaurant of their own.
In 2006 Shaun and Kim purchased Antoinette's and Antonio's. In 2010 they added Amore Banquet Hall to their portfolio of businesses. They also offer offsite catering services, operate 2 food stands at Elkhart Lake's Road America and are an annual vendor at the Sheboygan County Fair and many other fairs and festivals around southeastern Wisconsin.
Here you will enjoy mouth watering entrees, tasty appetizers, homemade soups and Plymouth's (and some say the county's) best broasted chicken and mac & cheese. Shaun and Kim take pride in their restaurant, not only for it's food, but also for the excellent hospitality. Hopitality means treating folks like family, and that's exactly what you will get when you dine with us.
Shaun & Kim are proud residents of Plymouth and enjoy doing what they can to give back to this wonderful community. They have two beautiful daughters and a golden doodle named Bailey. Their daughter Madison is attending Lakeshore Technical College for business and works as a server and bartender. Hayley, the older daughter, is continuing her education at UW Oshkosh for education and also helps as server and bartender when she is home. When the apron is off, Shaun and Kim enjoy being outdoors, camping and swimming, and love exploring new ways to delight their customers.
Thank you for dining with us. Enjoy your meal!
